An unashamedly British blog about gluten-free cooking (and the occasional random aside). I spell coeliac with an o, I don’t own a KitchenAid, and I firmly believe in the power of elbow grease; a meringue made by hand tastes just as good as one made with an electric whisk, and it’s better for your triceps too. 🙂
